2020 YearBeyond Progression Days

The 2020 Annual YearBeyond Progression Days took place on 27 and 28 October 2020. Over the course of these two days, nearly 300 YeBoneers went through a series of workshops that included optimising their job search, crafting a CV and Cover Letter, mastering professional communication and acing the interview process. The Progression Days culminated in one-on-one Mock Interviews with nearly 40 industry professionals who dedicated their time to the YeBo Academic youth. 255 YeBoneers went through a 30-minute mock interview that included personalised feedback. The Mock Interviewers also provided feedback to their clusters on general trends they noted.
